Is a combination of fine restaurant and trattoria. This is a family owned restaurant project that serves traditional Italian cuisine, almost exclusively from the Toscana. With the classic ingredients from cheeses and olives, to meats and breads, all with the classic spices that the Italian cuisine has always been loved for.

This family owned restaurant, has its own traditional classic Italian recipes book, this helps them keep their cuisine as traditional as possible, always following the recipes and making sure that they use the same ingredients their ancestors did and that have been inherit to them.
